We booked the Blue Lagoon ride and it was fine. It seemed as if there were different companies combined into one since the bus that picked us up was picking up people from other tours as well. It think this company works fine for a ride, but I would not recommend it for full day tours as they did not seem very organized.

All transport was on time and stress free.
All tours were brilliant and all the guides were interesting and good humoured, which added to the enjoyment of the trips. They were also knowledgeable and passionate about the subject, so you couldn't fail but get involved in the tour.
We were lucky enough to the Aurora Borealis on Northern Lights tour that evening.
The guide NL take photos and publish them for free on the company website, which is a brilliant plus. The links are on the websites and are easy to access and download from.
The Dutch guide for the Northern Lights tour gave extra instructions so you could set up your camera for the best pictures. A newer phone or camera is recommended. We used my son's new iPhone and the pictures were incredible.
My phone was several years old and didn't pick up the lights at all.
The tour across the Golden Circle with our local guide was a long and enjoyable day and you stop off at three main points during the day (tectonic plate valley, geysers and the incredible waterfall). We also got a short extra stop to see Icelandic horses, which was a nice touch. Thank you to the whole team.

The Northern Lights tour started with arriving to the bus depot with zero guidance other than, “stand over there”. Once we begin loading the busses, there is no guidance which turns the situation into a free for all. While we had QR codes in the confirmation emails, the person taking accountability was using analog methods, pen and paper, which slowed the process resulting in a late departure.

At no point or time during the purchase of the tour was I advised that there would be x500 other tourists going to the same location. This was not unplanned as the busses convoyed to the destination together. Had the tour been advertised as operated I would have chosen a different method or booked a more private tour. It’s difficult to enjoy ANYTHING with 500 strangers.

I understand that the company cannot control the space weather that provides the natural spectacle, but the lack of planning going into the location, reception, and coordination was bothersome and made me regret my purchase.

We did end up seeing the light show, but this was after pulling over on the way back into town well after midnight. I do appreciate that they didn’t pass on the opportunity for us to witness the spectacle, but I feel this was in an effort to cross us off the list as having fulfilled their advertised guarantee. My advice, if you’ve read down this far, rent a car and google “dark places to see northern lights in Iceland”. Save your money and avoid the crowds.

Had a brilliant day, thank you! Darren was our host, what a lovely man. His voice was very soothing and extremely knowledge and definitely made the trip. It was about 12 hours for the South Coast tour but went by so fast. We did a couple of stops that weren't on the list. This was one of the best tours I've ever been on. The weather was fantastic with a beautiful sunset to end a great day 😊

Booked a tour through “get your guide” for the golden circle and sky lagoon.

I apologise for not writing remembering the guides name but I feel I learned so much about Iceland and the places we were visiting.

We were picked up on time at a designated place and taken to the main hub and then put on to separate buses. If we were staying longer we would have booked more through them.

This company has terrible ethics and even worse communication.

They literally stole our money, I am so upset. My friend and I had tickets to Golden Circle with Secret Lagoon, bought through Viator. Our ticket stated "with hotel pickup 10:00," so we went out to the pickup spot at 9:55. At 10:15, they still had not arrived. We called and called the company, no answer (they list on their website they are "24/7"... ha). We then spent 10 more desperate minutes trying to find a taxi to get us to the meeting point, so the tour would not leave without us. We paid a high fee, and when we arrived, we were told that the bus already left. They refused to refund our money. They said it was because the fine print on the ticket said to come 30 minutes before tour time. But we did... our ticket showed the pickup time as 10:00, so that let us know the tour must actually start at 10:30. I pointed this out to the agent at the counter at the bus terminal, and he said that the company had asked Viator to fix stuff like that but that they never did. So why didn't they send an email the day before clarifying? How in the world is this our fault?

We had to spend an hour finding another company to take us in the afternoon on Golden Circle, and we never got to go to the Secret Lagoon (but still had to lug our swimsuits and towels with us). Never book with them. They emailed me one last time a week and a half later to rub it in that they were keeping the money. I think this is a carefully orchestrated scam.

See photo of the ticket, indicating a 10:00 pickup, NOT 9:30, as they claim.

Very comfortable and great experience!

We went on the Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon tour. Amazing natural sights, breathtaking. Paid extra for pick up/drop off near the hotel but did not drop us off at our designated stop, dropped us off 8 min walk away.

Amazing day. Golden Circle tour with our guide Rosa. She was amazing, so so so much interesting information, she talked all day and it was fascinating. The tour was our highlight on a 4 day trip. Bus arrived on time and was organised really well. In Iceland all the tours do clearly say pick up at a time but be there half hour before and you have to be as most tours, buses and taxi arrive early or at the earliest time given. Highly recommend!
