Cute little food truck right in the heart of town. We grabbed a couple of dogs on our pit stop.

The hotdog went well with three different mustards. We didn’t add any ketchup. Icelandic hotdogs are so good!

The smoked salmon dog was smoked salmon, crispy onions, greens, and some pickled ginger (I think), with some mayonnaise based sauce. It was delightful!

Non avrei mai pensato di dirlo, ma l’hot dog è stato il più buono mai mangiato! Tutto home-made: pane, carne e salsa piccante. I prezzi sono più bassi della media islandese e nelle immediate vicinanze è presente un bagno gratuito.

We came here for the hotdogs but ended up getting the salmon roll. Very very good!!! We finished so quickly, it was amazing. Definitely reccomend.

Great place. Super nice gentleman making some excellent hotdogs! We still haven’t gotten our fill of Icelandic hotdogs, so we had to stop to get some further up north. We did them “traditional” and he had some excellent mustard. While we didn’t try the salmon roll, it looked amazing. The did get some amazing ice creams from a local maker- cappuccino, rhubarb, lemon sorbet, raspberry sorbet, poppyseed.

Great little food stand. The man who worked there was very kind. We got hotdogs with everything and added all the sauces. The homemade mustard was really good. The crispy onions and homemade relish were a must. We got 2 hotdogs, a coke, and a candy bar for approx $14 usd. Would definitely recommend it. Charming town also!

Edit to add: I tried hotdogs from all around Iceland (7 different places), and this was by far the best I had there.
