Ég þoli ekki nafnið á versluninni. Við tölum íslensku á Íslandi. Ég hef keypt rosalega léleg húsgögn í versluninni. Ég keypti til dæmis sófasett með gervileðri sem entist ekki neitt. Foreldrar mínir lentu í því sama. Ég hef líka keypt rúmföt og handklæði í versluninni sem hafa hnökrað. Fyrirtækið mætti huga meira að umhverfismálum því húsgögn eiga að endast í áratugi. Hættið líka að dreifa þessum dreifibæklingum frá ykkur í alla póstkassa. Það er óumhverfisvænt.

Rumfatalagerinn has finally changed its name to the one we all know so well - JYSK. A small store, however, where you can buy many things for the home. Quilts, bedding, beds, blankets, simple furniture that is an alternative to Ikea and plenty of accessories to liven up the interiors of your home or apartment.
The store is located in the building where Bonus is.
A sizable free parking lot that fills up very quickly during peak hours.
Most products very expensive. Staff not very friendly and not smiling at all, but this is more the norm in Iceland.

Even though we were travelers, after seeing a products with a reasonable and modern design, we were really interested in buying them.
However, around 2 p.m. on Sunday, the 29th, an Indian-looking women staff passed by my husband.
At that time, I saw her face with a racist weird look obviously!
We were so offended so we didn't buy the product.
Beyond just using this store as customers, we felt hurt in Iceland!
She has ruined our honeymoon.
This cannot be happening.
No one has the right to discriminate against race, especially for customers who have stopped by a single store.
There will have to make sure the customer service training.
Please note that the domestic customers is not all of your customers.
Obviously, this has to be improved.

Small store so not a lot of options, convenient to order online and pick it up at the store though it's a hassle. I called and asked about my order because it was late and it was like talking to a vegetable, knew nothing and I was on the line for over 20 minutes just seeing if my order had arrived or not. My goodness.

The staff has been decent but new staff should be trained better, had to point out to a new employ an item was on a discount and he didn't seem to believe me before I practically showed the tag in his face, very rude and it was irritating to put up with.

Great store to decorate your house in affordable prices. I bought a bed from there which I love it!
Anna, the woman who assisted me is friendly and professional at the same time. She has amazing customer service, she is willing to help with everything and very attentive!
