Ordered a veggie pita which was supposed to include fresh veggies and fried mushrooms, it came instead with one of those cheap frosen patties (made of wheat and maize corn). The french fries tasted like it had been fried in the same fryer as both fish and meat. Threw the food away (it was take away)

Very rude staff but there is a nice older gentlemen that probably doesn't speak our language or English but he always smiles. I tried the cheap burger with fries and I really don't want to know what meat was used. I was sick for days. They also sell fake and broken vape and more nicotine. I bought some vape pens and they where expired and did not notice until I opened them. Both batteries dead and the taste of those that worked was burning taste. I brought everything back and showed a young very rude gentleman the expiration date and he even took some.puffs and said he didn't taste anything out of the normal. But after our long debate he agrees to give me new ones same kind also expired. I said no and wanted to check what he had and I got some that worked. This is my neighborhood little shop that has there for ages but have had many owners over the years.
But after my experience with them I decided to take my business elsewhere.
But now at new year I was running low on vape and there where no options and I didn't have time to drive to another shop so I decided to give them another chance.
I just bought 2 vapes to try,one was a new brand I have never seen before. I got home and opened the bigger one the new brand and after the first puff vape just kept on burning and made a smell and a fire.hazard. I was of course passed and opened the other one that I am familiar with. It is supposed to be 800 puffs but after.about 50-70 puffs the pen ran out of flavor and there came the disgusting burning taste again. I of course went to the shop the day after and then the young english/Icelandic speaking rude guy was working and yet again I have to start to tell him what happened and then he told me I was vaping to fast or I was doing it wrong👀
He totally refused to reimburse me but in the end he let me have another vape exactly the same brand and taste. I will bring it to the police and have them investigate this place. Most of.these products come from undeveloped countries where it is cheap to produce them. I will never vape again.
I just wanted to share my experience and hope nobody else gets poisoned products there. Food vape or just to experience the rudeness there. Stay away I.WILL

Tasty ice-cream. The place also offers burgers and other fast food meals, which I haven't try.

Rude rude rude. If you are in a service industry you need to be the server to your customer . People can choose places and we chose here .. should’ve just left instead of getting their food. Rude!

Good food, cheap for Iceland, great ice cream! Menu is available in English and staff speaks English.
