Engin þjónusta,slök kunnátta, virkilega óheillandi í alla staði án þess að lasta vörurnar sem slíkar. Starfsfólk kemur ekki til þín og bíður góðan dag og þjónustu sína,þær hanga inn í afgreiðsluhringnum að spjalla,þær vita ekkert hvort þær fái vörur aftur sem eru búnar eða hvenær næsta sending kemur ofl
Okkur vantaði nánast allt fyrir barnið og hefðum því verið stórir kúnnar en vegna þess hve afleit þjónustan var,fórum við í Petit og versluðum fyrir 500.þús plús þar og gefum þeirri ágætu verslun fullt hús stiga!!
Ég myndi aldrei nenna að skrifa þetta og setja opinberlega út á netinu nema hafa ríka ástæðu til og hana hef ég, því miður!

Versta þjónusta sem ég hef fengið
Keypti kerru í þeim lit sem var auglýstur á síðunni og inn í búðinni en svo kemur í ljós að sá litur eru þau ekki með og sé “ekki hægt að fá”. Sagt að það ætti að hringja til baka sama dag sem var síðan aldrei gert. Fékk ekkert nema dónaskap, leiðindi og endalaust af fólki að grípa framm í mér. Mæli með öllum öðrum barnavöruverslunum nema þessari.
Í þokkabót eru þau með einn versta framkvæmda stjóra sem ég hef því miður þurft að tala við.

This is the first time I buy such a product, I do not understand anything about this product. How can you sell products? Products that are super important to a little person's life. I have no words, I've been thinking all evening about leaving a review, just because it's only fair, it's only fair for this store to get a 0 mark. Honestly, the store does have a lot of cool merchandise, but management needs to respond to such screaming reviews, change the staff, train the staff. You have a very important mission to make children and their parents comfortable. No words, no nice and kind words. Disappointment.
