Fór í rúðuskipti. Skipti um rúðu en notuð gamla gúmilistann sem var orðinn gamall og var sprunginn og farinn í sundur og vatn lak inn í bílinn þegar það rigndi inn í bílinn hefði verið hægt að láta mann vita að þeir skifta ekki um lista svo maður hefði geta skaffað hann kostaði mig að ég þurfi fara annað og láta taka rúðuna úr og skipta um lista

Needed to replace the front windshield on my Yaris. Not a single negative thought during the process. Great and fast service, delivered on the same day. The insurance payment was no hassle, so yeah... recommended.
Þurfti að skipta um framrúðu á Yarisnum mínum. Fékk bílinn afhentan samdægurs. Góð þjónusta og jákvætt viðhorf. Greiðslan gegnum tryggingarnar sjálfsagt án vandræða. Mun nýta þjónustu BílaGlersins aftur ef neyðin kallar upp á.

Absolutely excellent service. We came here as one of those tourists who didn’t take out the right insurance! The car had a windscreen crack and the chap repaired it perfectly on the same day at a very reasonable price considering the circumstances. The repair was barely visible and most importantly it wasn’t picked up on return of the vehicle. Thanks again! 😊

This is a great place for tourists to get last-minute repairs on rental vehicles. We had a tiny windshield chip that I’m sure the rental car agency would have charged thousands of US$ to replace. Although the shop was very busy with scheduled repairs, the owner was able to squeeze in our vehicle on 30 minutes’ notice. The owner is very kind and speaks English fluently. We had stopped at another business previously, and been told gruffly to wait for an appointment four weeks later. The price was very reasonable (grading on the curve that everything in Iceland is expensive). Thank you to the owner for great service.

Great service! We had an unfortunate windshield crack “event” on our Honda CRV rental car, and didn’t want to return it in this condition to avoid e certain rip off by the rental company.
I was treated fair and fast by very professional technicians, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
