Locale caratteristico con costruzione e arredi vichinghi.
Personale cordiale ma servizio lento.
Piatti buonissimi e abbondanti...il filetto di agnello è stato eccezionale!!! Idromele ottimo ma molto costoso (in euro circa 60 euro una bottiglia).
Prezzi altini ma siamo in Islanda.

Dinner was excellent! We tried the Viking Feast to sample a bit of the various offerings, and the selections did not disappoint. The steak platter (beef tenderloin, lamb, and pork belly) were all delicious, and the baked cheesecake to round things out was so good. Atmosphere was very fun for my teenage son.

Great experience! Had the lamb and the duck! Both were amazing! Order any beer and drink it out of the horn! New fat fries and brussel sprouts for side, both amazing!!

This place is so cool! We got to eat in a traditional Viking longhouse, drank out of horns, had some of the best food I’ve ever had, and threw axes outside! The lamb fillet was by far the best meat I’ve ever had. My wife loved the beef carpaccio, too. Everything was wonderful. I would love to eat here again!

Wir hatten das große Glück, das nur drei Tische im Restaurant besetzt waren, als wir ankamen. So konnten wir die Atmosphäre einfach nur genießen. Die Musik, das Licht und die ganze Dekoration waren einfach super stimmig.
Das Essen war Weltklasse ! Als Vorspeise hatten wir die Butchers Plate, als Hauptgerichte die Ente und das Lamm und zum Dessert den Cheesecake. Das Fleisch war super zart, die Vorspeise einfach nur Hammer. Da hat sich wirklich jemand Gedanken gemacht.
Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Island Urlaub definitiv wieder vorbei!

Das Ambiente ist nett gemacht, die Bedienungen sind freundlich. Wir hatten Viking Feast als Menü bestellt. Geschmacklich interessant und durchaus gut, allerdings war das Fleisch lau bis kalt und auch die Beilagen waren nicht heiß. Die Portionen waren ok.

Leider war es preislich für das gebotene nicht angemessen, dies liegt aber am allgemeinen Preisniveau auf Island.

Wäre das Essen heiß gewesen, dann wären wir trotzdem zufrieden gewesen, so war es halt nur ok - Schade.

We were there with a group of 4 people. We were welcomed immediately and assigned a table. Our waitress was extremely attentive and took great care of us (even though she accidentally poured sauce over a colleague's pants). The colleague's meal was even completely free of charge. We had the set menu and were delighted. It was the perfect portion for everyone. The Valhalla Mjod Mead wine, which tastes of honey, is also highly recommended.
